ripe banana
1 cup
old-fashioned oats
1 cup
low-fat milk (or milk alternative of your choice)
2 tsp
vanilla extract
1 tsp
dark cocoa powder
2 tsp
pure maple syrup
2 tbsp
PB2 powder (or regular peanut butter)
2 tbsp
mini chocolate chips
2 dash
cinnamon
2 tsp
(Optional) ground flax seed
Step 1/3
- 2 ripe banana
 
Mash banana in the bottom of a glass jar or small container.
Step 2/3
- 1 cup old-fashioned oats
 - 1 cup low-fat milk (or milk alternative of your choice)
 - 2 tsp vanilla extract
 - 1 tsp dark cocoa powder
 - 2 tsp pure maple syrup
 - 2 tbsp PB2 powder (or regular peanut butter)
 - 2 tbsp mini chocolate chips
 - 2 dash cinnamon
 - 2 tsp (Optional) ground flax seed
 
Add remaining ingredients: oats, milk, vanilla extract, cocoa powder, syrup, PB2 powder, and cinnamon
Step 3/3
Stir ingredients together and refrigerate overnight. Enjoy the next morning.
