Cut scallions into rings. Finely chop garlic and chili, then grate ginger. Heat oil in a large frying pan and fry ginger, garlic, and the white parts of the scallions for approx. 2 min. Add ground beef and season with salt and pepper. Once the meat has browned, stir in part of the soy sauce and most of the sweet chili sauce. Fry for approx. 2 more min., then add half of the Thai basil and cook for approx. 3 min. more.

- 2½ g mint
- 2½ tsp cilantro
- 1 tsp toasted sesame oil
- ½ pinch sesame seed
- ½ tbsp sweet chili sauce

- 4 tortillas
- 2½ g Thai basil
Once the beef is cooked, remove from heat. Place the tortillas on top of the beef mixture briefly to warm them up and let them absorb some of the flavorful fat. Fill each tortilla with the beef mixture, then top with mint, cilantro, green parts of the scallions, and fresh Thai basil. Roll up and serve immediately with the dipping sauce.
Enjoy your meal!
