Indonesian Corn Flitters

- ⅜ sweet corn
 - ⅜ shallots
 - ⅜ chilis
 - ⅜ garlic
 
Use mortar and pestle or blender to make it paste. If you use a blender, leave some corn for the texture.

- ⅜ celery
 - ¼ egg
 - salt
 - Pepper
 - flour
 
Mix all together! For the flour, don’t add too much. It just helps to combine all ingredients. Remember it’s a flitter, not a pancake!

- extra-virgin olive oil
 
Heat olive oil and fry both side until it’s golden colour. Should be about 2-3 minutes both sides.

Done! It’s nice to eat without any sauce but if you won’t something to heat up, dip in sweet chili sauce!
