Preheat the oven to 180°
Step 2/4
- ½ eggs
 - 150 g quark
 - 37½ g sugar
 - ½ tbsp starch
 - 7½ g butter
 - ¼ lemon peel
 - ¼ vanilla sugar
 
Mix the ingredients
Step 3/4
- ¼ pie dough
 - 75 g strawberries
 - ¼ tbsp butter
 
Spread topfen on strudel dough and then spread strawberries on top. Roll up the strudel and brush the top with butter.

Bake for 40mins
