Topfenstrudel

Step 1/4

Preheat the oven to 180°

Step 2/4

• ½ eggs
• 150 g quark
• 37½ g sugar
• ½ tbsp starch
• 7½ g butter
• ¼ lemon peel
• ¼ vanilla sugar

Mix the ingredients

Step 3/4

• ¼ pie dough
• 75 g strawberries
• ¼ tbsp butter

Spread topfen on strudel dough and then spread strawberries on top. Roll up the strudel and brush the top with butter.

Bake for 40mins
