Spicy Edamame Avocado Soup

- 20 ml sesame oil
 - ½ onion
 - ½ clove garlic
 - 50 g celery
 - 5 g ginger
 
Heat sesame oil in a stockpot. Add already cut onion, garlic, celery and ginger. Cook until soft but not brown. About 3 minutes.

- 250 g edamame beans
 
Add edamame beans. Cook for 2 more minutes.

- 750 ml vegetable broth
 
Add vegetable broth.

- 7½ ml light soy sauce
 - 7½ ml oyster sauce
 - 4 g shichimi togarashi
 
When it starts boiling, add soy sauce, oyster sauce and shichimi togarashi. Cook for about 20 minutes.

Add avocados. Cook for 2 more minutes.
