Stir-fried minced pork with green beans
Ingredients

bowl, chopsticks, wok, cooking spoon, knife, cutting board

- 180 g ground pork
 - 2 tsp Shaoxing wine
 - 2 tsp light soy sauce
 - ½ tsp sugar
 - 2 tsp starch
 - 1 tsp oyster sauce

Add minced pork to a bowl with Shaoxing wine, light soy sauce, sugar, starch, and oyster sauce. Mix well with chopsticks and let marinate for approx. 15 min.

- 2 tsp oil
 - 1 tsp dark soy sauce

Add some oil and minced pork to a wok over medium heat. Fry until pork is cooked through. Add some dark soy sauce, then remove from heat.

- ½ tsp garlic paste
 - ½ ginger (grated)
 - ½ tsp fermented bean paste
 - ½ chili
 
Add the remaining oil to the wok. Then add garlic paste, grated ginger, fermented bean paste, and sliced chili.

- 100 g green beans
 - 1 tsp salt

 - cutting board
 
Cut green beans into 1 cm strips. Add them to the wok with a little water and salt, stir fry. Add more water as you go, as the water evaporates. Repeat this process until green beans are cooked through.

Return minced pork to the wok and toss everything together to combine. Enjoy!
