lime liqueur

- 400 ml coconut milk
 - 125 ml water
 - 100 g rice noodles

1.Put 800ml of coconut milk and 250 ml wather let it boil

- 15 g ginger
 - 75 g onions
 - 2 cloves garlic
 
2. peel and chop very finely ginger, onion, garlic

- 1½ tsp coconut sugar
 - 1 tsp hoisin sauce
 - 1 tsp soy sauce
 - ¼ tsp salt
 - 1 tsp dried parsley
 - 7½ ml lime liqueur
 - 1 tsp fish sauce
 - 1 tsp pepper
 
3. Prepare marinate to prawns

- 1½ tsp coconut oil
 
4. Add oil to the pan and fry ginger onion and garlick for 2-3 minuter then add prawns with marinate fry another 5-7 minutes
Step 5/5
5. Add all from pan to the pot and boil about 20-25 minutes
