- 250 g basmati rice

Put the rice in a pot and boil with water following the rice’s packet instructions.

- 2 egg
 - olive oil (for frying)
 - salt (for garnish)
 - pepper (for garnish)
 
- frying pan
 - spatula
 - sieve
 
When it’s cooked, drain the rice. With some oil fry an egg and season it with salt and pepper to taste.

- 300 g tomato sauce
 - dried oregano (for decorating)
 
Put the rice in a plate, pour the tomato sauce direct from the can (no heating needed), top with the egg and finally sprinkle some dried oregano.
