Cut the zucchinis

Sauté the zucchinis until they’re transparent

- 100 ml milk
When the zucchinis are transparent, add the rice and milk

- Grated cheese
When the rice is cooked, add the egg and some grated cheese, at will

Mix the whole, put it in a plate, sprinkle with more grated cheese. Gratinate the whole in the oven
