"I love the German white sausages, but sometimes I feel a bit boring just eating them alone with mustard and Brezel. Then I came up to the idea to combine it with seasonal ingredient......Wild Garlic (Bärlauch in German). Free and tasty!! You can just pick them in the park!!"

Any sausages that you like

Chop the wild garlic and mix them with the cream cheese
