"Gooey sorta healthy brownies for every occasion. If you like them a little firmer just place the brownies in the fridge after they‘re cooled down!"

240 ml
Sweet potato puree
275 ml
creamy peanut butter1½ tsp
vanilla extract120 g
flour100 g
sugar
50 g
Dark chocolate chips
50 g
black cocoa powder
2 tsp
baking soda
1 dash
salt
Step 1/5
Preheat oven to 160 degrees celsius. Grease baking tray with vegan margarine.
Step 2/5
- 240 ml Sweet potato puree
 - 275 ml creamy peanut butter
 - 1½ tsp vanilla extract
 
Heat nut butter until stirable. Mix with sweet potato puree and vanilla extract in a large bowl.
Step 3/5
- 120 g flour
 - 100 g sugar
 - 50 g Dark chocolate chips
 - 50 g black cocoa powder
 - 2 tsp baking soda
 - 1 dash salt
 
Mix all the dry ingredients in a seperate bowl.
Step 4/5
Fold dry ingredients into wet ingredients.
Step 5/5
Put the mixture evenly onto the baking tray and bake for 20 minutes. Let it cool for about 1 hour.
