puffed rice cereal

coffee liqueur

Step 1/3
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
 - ½ cup chia seed
 - 2 tbsp coffee liqueur
 - ½ tsp vanilla extract

Mix ingredients and chill in refrigerator for a few hours or until firm.
Step 2/3
- ¼ cup granola
 - ¼ cup puffed rice cereal
 - ¼ cup coffee liqueur
 
Mix granola and rice cereal with the liqueur.

 - ¼ cup blueberry
 - 2 tbsp instant coffee powder (for dusting)
 - 2 tbsp sweetened cocoa powder (for dusting)
 
Layer up fruit, granola and chia pudding in a long glass. End with a layer of pudding and dust off with a mix of ground instant coffee and cocoa. Garnish with fruits, mint.
