Spicy baked salmon

- ⅔ tbsp ginger
 - ⅔ tbsp garlic
 
Peel ginger and garlic.

- 1⅓ tsp lime juice
 - ⅔ tbsp flour
 - 1⅓ tsp cayenne pepper
 - ⅔ tsp salt
 - ⅔ tbsp oil
 - ⅔ tsp garam masala (refer to my recipe)

 - mortar and pestle
 
Blend ginger, garlic, lime juice, salt, spices and flour to a paste, optionally transfer to a mortar and pestle and pound the paste further for about a minute to allow all ingredients to blend with each other.

- ⅔ tsp butter
 - 2 salmon fillets
 
- baking pan
 - paper towels
 
Butter a baking pan with a paper towel, spread the spice paste over the fish and place it in the pan. Marinade for 30min.

Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Bake fish for 25-30min. Serve with rice, salad and parippu.
