- 100 ml water
 - 10 cardamom pods
 - 4 cloves
 - 2 star anise
 - 2 cinnamon stick
 - 1 tsp grated fresh ginger
 
- small pot
 - fine grater
 
Add water and spices to a small pot and bring to a boil for approx. 1 min.

- 2 tea bag black tea
 - 200 ml soy drink
 
- sieve
 
Add tea bag and soy drink, cover pot, and let steep for approx. 5 min. Strain into a tea cup for serving. Enjoy!
