Scrambled eggs

saucepan, spatula
Step 1/6
- 6 eggs
 - 14 g butter
 
- saucepan
 
Add the ingredients to the saucepan. Crack the eggs into a saucepan. And add the butter.
Step 2/6
Put the pan on high heat
Step 3/6
- spatula
 
Start stirring with a spatula. Stir continuously and scrape the bottom of the pan
Step 4/6
After 30 seconds, take the pan off the heat but keep stirring. After about 15 seconds, put back on the heat. Repeat for 3 minutes
Step 5/6
- salt
 - pepper
 - 1 tsp crème fraîche
 
30 seconds before the end, season the eggs. For an extra creamy flavour and to stop the eggs overcooking, stir in crème fraîche
Step 6/6
- chopped chives
 
Serve the scrambled eggs and optionally add chopped chives.
