- 60 g blue cheese
 - 200 g pasta
 - 150 ml cream
 
Melt the Roquefort cheese with the cream in a pan over low heat. At the same time, bake the fresh pasta in boiling salted water.

- 100 g Serrano ham
 - 30 g nuts
 
Pour the drained pasta into the cheese sauce and serve it in the plates. Then add some slices of Serrano ham and the crushed nuts. Enjoy!
