Rocket, Pear & walnut salad

colander, bowl, 2 forks, Chopping board, Knife, knife, Shallow frying pan, wooden spoon, Serving bowl, Serving spoons
Step 1/4
- ¼ bag arugula
 - 1½ tbsp olive oil

 - 2 forks
 
1. Take the arugula and rinse under cold water to drain and get rid of excess dirt. Put the rocket in a large bowl and toss through with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, using two forks.

- 1 pears
 
- Chopping board
 - Knife
 - 2 forks
 
2. Take a chopping board and finely slice the pear so the peices are not to thick. Toss through the pear into the salad using 2 forks.
Step 3/4
- 64 g walnuts
 
- knife
 - Chopping board
 - Shallow frying pan
 - wooden spoon
 
Take the chopping board and cut up the walnuts so that they are not to big. Use the remainder of 1 tablespoon of olive oil to lightly fry the walnuts in a shallow pan. Cool for 5 minutes on low heat. Take of heat when they are golden and brown.

- 2 forks
 - Serving bowl
 - Serving spoons
 
Add the walnuts into the pear and rocket salad and toss through using 2 forks. Transfer into a pretty serving dish. Enjoy!! 😁
