Penne pasta Red sauce

Step 1/4
- ¼ kg chicken breast
 
- nonstick pan
 
Clean the chicken breast and cut it into small strips to match the size of penne pasta and mix some salt. Heat up a pan by drizzling some vegetable oil -Groundnut oil preferred , cooked the chicken for 10 minutes and take it off the flame to let it cool.
Step 2/4
- 1 bell pepper
 - 2 leaves parsley
 - 10 garlic
 - 1 onion
 
Clean the veggies and cut it to match the size of the penne pasta. chop the garlic and parsley into fine pieces using a knife separately.
Step 3/4
- ¼ kg whole-wheat penne
 - 1 tbsp white pepper
 - 1 tsp salt
 - ½ tsp dried oregano
 - ½ tbsp dried rosemary
 - 1 tbsp chili powder
 
Use the leftover oil from frying chicken and sauté the garlic for 2 minutes on medium high flame followed by the veggies and parsley. Add the pasta into the fried veggies along with the chicken and mid the spices - dried oregano, rosemary , red chilli powder and some salt for taste and cook for another 5 minutes.
Step 4/4
- ½ l whole milk
 - 2 sheets melting cheese
 
Add the whole milk into the pan and cook the pasta until it is al dente and add melting cheese. You can add a sprig of chip parsley to garnish your creamy pasta.
