Peach Sparkling Water

- 4 peaches
- peeler
Peel the peaches and save the peach skin

Cut the peaches into small cubes

- 2 tbsp sugar
Combine the peach pulp and skin in a bowl, add lemon juice and sugar

- 2 cup water
Add water to saucepan, stir in peach mixtures, heat over medium

Gently boil for 10 minutes and discard the peach skin

Cover and refrigerate the peach pulp for at least 1 hour

- ice cubes
In a glass, add ice, peach juice, peach pulp and sparkling water
