 - 8⅓ g dried fruit
 - 8⅓ g hazelnuts
 - 8⅓ g walnuts

Preheat the oven to 170°C/350°F. Roughly chop cranberries, dried fruit, hazelnuts, and walnuts.

 - ⅓ tsp vanilla sugar
 - 12½ g brown sugar

In a large saucepan, melt butter and add honey, vanilla sugar, and brown sugar. Stir thoroughly to combine.

Add oats, coconut, chopped nuts, dried fruit, and cranberries. Stir thoroughly to combine.

Add oat mixture to a parchment paper-lined baking dish. Bake in preheated oven at 170°C/350°F for approx. 15 - 20 min. until golden. Allow to cool off for approx. 15 - 20 min.
