- 170 g Unsalted butter
- 130 g Powdered sugar
- Electric mixer
Mix butter and powdered sugar with electric mixer till smooth.

- 2 Eggs
- 1 tsp Cardamom powder
- 1 tsp Vanilla powder
- 2 tbsp Honey
Add eggs, honey, vanilla and cardamom and mix.

- 500 g All purpose flour
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- Spatula
Mix flour and baking powder. Then add it to the mixture,in three steps and mix with spatula and then with hands. A soft dough is obtained.

Don’t do it for long, because the dough will be oily.

- Plastic bags
Place a part of the dough between two layers of plastic bag and open with a rolling pin to a thickness of 3 mm.

- Biscuit cutter
Cut it in shapes you like.

Cut each shape into even numbers and pierce half of them with a small circle. Put all on pastry paper and bake them in preheated oven (170 ° C) for 15-18 minutes.

- Marmalade, honey and coconut powder for decoration
Let biscuits completely cooled. Then separate from paper and decorate with marmalade. I used quince fruit marmalade.

Use honey to stick coconut powder to some of biscuits.
