Low carb burger bowl (Big Mac style)

Step 1/3
- ½ head iceberg lettuce
- 3 tomatoes
- 1 red onion
- 150 g bread and butter pickles

For the burger bowl, start by dicing iceberg lettuce and cutting the tomatoes into thin slices. Cut red onion into thin rings. Transfer iceberg lettuce, tomato, burger pickles, and red onion to a large bowl and give it a mix.

- 500 g ground beef
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1½ tsp dried oregano
- 2 tsp sweet paprika powder
- 50 g shredded cheddar cheese
- salt

- olive oil (for frying)

In a frying pan, add olive oil and heat it up for a short time. Add ground beef, ¼ of the garlic powder, oregano, half of the paprika powder, salt, and pepper. Break ground beef into tiny pieces as you fry for approx. 8–9 min. Once thoroughly fried, sprinkle cheddar on top, let it melt for approx. 20 sec., and remove from heat.

- 2 sweet pickles
- 4 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp mustard
- ½ tsp white wine vinegar
- 2 tsp sweet paprika powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- 3 tsp garlic powder
- sesame seed (for garnish)

For the Big Mac burger sauce, dice sweet pickle and add to a small bowl and mix with mayo, mustard, white wine vinegar, remaining paprika powder, onion powder, remaining garlic powder, and salt until a creamy sauce forms. Then, to the big veggie bowl; place the ground beef with cheddar on top, drizzle burger sauce over, and sprinkle sesame seeds for garnish before serving.
