Family Edition Red Braised Pork Belly

- 333⅓ g pork belly
Place the whole piece of pork belly in a pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil, let simmer briefly, then remove from water, let cool, and slice into chunks.

- ⅔ stalk carrot
- 2⅔ eggs
- 13⅓ g rock sugar
- ⅔ ginger
- ⅔ tbsp Shaoxing wine
- 1⅓ tbsp soy sauce
Add oil to a pot set over medium heat. Add the rock sugar and stir until melted. keep stirring. Add the meat and stir-fry evenly, add onion, ginger, carrot, and boiled eggs. Seasoning. Turn the high heat to medium-low heat and let cook for 40 min.
