Hvorast
Step 1/6
- ½ tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 eggs
- ½ egg yolk
- ¼ tbsp sugar
- ½ tsp butter
- ½ tbsp vinegar
First add all ingredients, which is below. Mix them together.

- 700 ml flour
Slowly add 2 cups (1400ml) of flour and mix it with previous step. Then take it out of the bowl and mix(knead). You will need to have a smooth ball.

Then cover it with towel and put in a hot place for 30 min. Then take it out and divide it into four pieces.

Then cut all of them into long lines ( as shown).

Then cut this lines into smaller ones ( as shown) and do the hole inside them.Then take one end and hold out it through the hole.It need to look like shown on the photo.
Step 6/6
- 175 ml vegetable oil
Then add vegetable oil in the pan. Put it on fire, when it is ready put the hvorast in and wait. When they will have a little gold look take them out and put them on a tissue ( oil to come off the hvorast)
