Homemade strawberry poppy seed vinaigrette

- 40 g strawberries
 - 50 ml white balsamic vinegar
 - 1 tbsp honey
 - 1 tsp Dijon mustard
 - salt
 - pepper

Hull the strawberries and add them to a liquid measuring cup. Add white balsamic vinegar, honey, mustard, salt, and pepper.

- 50 ml olive oil
 - ½ tsp poppy seed
 
- immersion blender
 
Blend the vinaigrette with an immersion blender and gradually stream in the olive oil. Add the poppy seeds and stir to combine. Use as a salad vinaigrette and store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days, stirring well before serving. Enjoy!
