Seared salmon on baby leaf salad

- 300 g salmon steak
 - salt
 - pepper
 - vegetable oil (for frying)
 
- oven
 - frying pan
 - tongs
 
Preheat the oven to 175°C/350°F. Season salmon with salt and pepper. Then, in a frying pan, sear salmon in some vegetable oil over medium-high heat for approx. 1 - 2 min. per side. Transfer to oven and bake at 175°C/350°F for approx. 10 min.

- 400 g cherry tomatoes

In the meantime, halve cherry tomatoes.

- 2 tsp Kitchen Stories Dressing Up seasoning (optional)
 - 4 tbsp olive oil
 - 1 lemon
 - salt
 - pepper

In a large bowl, season tomatoes with our DRESSING UP seasoning (if using)olive oil, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.

- 200 g baby leaf lettuce
 - 6 tbsp yogurt
 
Mix together tomatoes and baby leaf lettuce and transfer to a bowl for serving. Place salmon steak on top of salad. Top everything off with some yogurt and enjoy!
