Fluffy vanilla pancakes
Ingredients

thick-base pan , spatula
Step 1/4
- ¼ tsp salt
 - 1 tsp baking powder
 - 1½ cups all-purpose flour
 - ¼ cup sugar
 
Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a mixing bowl.
Step 2/4
- 1 egg
 - ⅓ cup warm water
 - ½ cup milk
 - ½ tsp vanilla bean seeds

Heat a thick base pan (this kind gives the pancakes their light, fluffy color). In a separate bowl, beat the egg, add vanilla bean/extract, milk and then the warm water to prevent the egg from cooking.
Step 3/4

Combine wet ingredients with dry ingredients and pour the mixture into the pan to create pancake circles. Flip and place cooked pancakes on a cooling tray and repeat.

- 1 banana (ripe, for garnish)
 - chocolate sauce (for serving)
 - hazelnut (for garnish)
 - plum (for garnish)
 
Use your favorite toppings: syrup, chocolate sauce, whipped cream, berry sauce and fruits and nuts.
