Egg fried rice
Step 1/4
- 2 onions
 - 1 clove garlic
 - ginger
 - salt
 
Add oil to a pan and start to fry off ingredients.
Step 2/4
- 2 Spring onions
 - 150 g carrots
 - 100 g Frozen peas
 - 150 g Mushrooms
 - 1 pepper
 
Add the following ingredients, fry off until carrots and mushrooms are browned off.
Step 3/4
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
 - 300 g rice
 
Once Vegys are cooked off add rice and soya sauce and mix through until everything is fully coated.
Step 4/4
- 4 eggs
 
Push to one side and add 2 eggs to the pan. Scramble the eggs and once it’s cooked mix through with the rice until fully incorporated. Once rice is cooked put to one side and cook the 2 remaining eggs. Place eggs on top of rice and serve.
