Cold brew tea, 2 ways

tea pot, bottle, fine sieve

- 3½ g green tea (loose)
 - 350 ml water
 
- tea pot
 
Add loose green tea to a tea pot. Add just over half the water, transfer to the fridge, and let steep for approx. 2 - 4 hr., depending on the tea and how strong you like it.

- 3 g black tea (loose)
 - 300 ml water
 
- bottle
 
Add loose black tea to a resealable bottle. Add remaining water, transfer to the fridge, and let steep for approx. 4 - 8 hr., depending on the tea and how strong you like it.

- ice cubes (for serving)
 - lemon (for garnish)
 
- fine sieve
 
To serve, strain the tea leaves through a fine sieve or a coffee filter into a glass. Add simple syrup, lemon or lime slices, or herbs, if desired. Serve over ice and enjoy!
