pork ribs1 tbsp
Shaoxing wine
2 tbsp
soy sauce (add little dark soy sauce)
3 tbsp
sugar
4 tbsp
Zhenjiang Vinegar
5 tbsp
Water
Step 1/3
- 500 g pork ribs
Cut the pork ribs in 7mm length
Step 2/3
- 1 tbsp Shaoxing wine
- 2 tbsp soy sauce (add little dark soy sauce)
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 4 tbsp Zhenjiang Vinegar
- 5 tbsp Water
Put everything together, boil with medium high heat until boiled
Step 3/3
turn the heat to low while boiled, keep boil for 45 minutes
Enjoy your meal!
