- 1 lb celery
- ⅓ lb cashew (no salt)
- ¼ cup oil
Cut the celery into small pieces and blanch it. While waiting, fry the cashews. Feel free to adjust the amount of oil you need.

- ¼ tbsp salt
Take the cashews out and use the oil to fry the celery for a minute. Pour the cashews in and add a little salt. Stir for a few seconds and it’s done! Bon appetite!
