Cacao granola with a hint of orange
Ingredients

Step 1/6
- ½ cup rolled oat
 - ¼ cup mixed nuts
 - 1 tbsp Blended oat
 
Put rolled oats and blended oats into a bowl. Roughly chop mixed nuts and dried fruit and add into the bowl.You can choose whatever nuts and dried fruit you want.
Step 2/6
- ⅛ cup sunflower seed
 - ⅛ cup chia seed
 - 1 tbsp maple syrup
 - 1 tbsp coconut oil
 - 1½ tbsp Cacao powder
 - ½ tbsp ground cinnamon
 - ⅛ cup mixed dried fruit
 - ½ pinch salt
 
Add sunflower seeds, chia seeds, chopped dried fruit, cacao powder, cinnamon grounds and salt into the bowl, as well as the wet ingredients.
Step 3/6
- ½ orange
 
- grater
 
Add orange zest (a whole orange) into the bowl to give a hint of orange flavor.
Step 4/6

Gently fold the mixture until it’s coated with coconut oil and maple syrup. The texture should be a little bit sticky.

- 1 pinches Cacao nibs
 
Spread mixture evenly on to the parchment paper and sprinkle some cacao nibs. Bake it in the preheated over at 150 C for approximately 15 minutes.

Take the granola out. Serve it with Greek yogurt or any type of milk you like. Enjoy!❤️❤️
