Classic Bloody Mary

- 1 stalk celery (for garnish)
- 1 lemon
- horseradish (optional)
- highball glass
- knife
- cutting board
- citrus press
- fine grater (optional)
Chill the glasses in the fridge. Clean celery sticks, and cut to fit the length of the glass. Cut a wedge out of the lemon, then juice the rest. If you’re using horseradish, finely grate it.

- 12 cl vodka
- 30 cl tomato juice
- 4 drops Worcestershire sauce
- 10 drops Tabasco
- salt
- pepper
- jigger
- bar spoon
In a highball glass, combine lemon juice, vodka, tomato juice, Worcestershire sauce, tabasco, and horseradish if you're using it. Season with salt and pepper. Stir well.

Garnish with celery sticks and lemon wedge and crack extra pepper on top.
